SUMMARY STATEMENT:
It was identified in FY17 that the City needed to establish contracts with private entities that receive public funds. A contract for FY17 was successfully implemented. A contract for
FY19 is needed.
The attached agreement will terminate at the end of the fiscal year and be re-negotiated to match the funds to be appropriated for services from McPaws in future fiscal years.
The attached contract has been reviewed by the City Attorney and McPaws Executive Director Amber Kostoff.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Agreement for Services for FY19 with McPaws Regional Animal Shelter and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
