SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the July 26, 2018 Council meeting the City approved a letter to be submitted to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requesting the land acquisition cost and associated legal
fees supporting the relocation of the parallel taxiway be considered for FY18 Supplemental Discretionary funds. The FAA is tendering a grant offer for this project at the McCall Municipal
Airport consisting of the Construction of the Parallel Taxiway (Phase II - land acquisition, 15.3 acres). The Grant Offer is for $1,765,329.
The 025-2018 Transmittal Letter and Grant Offer are attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Grant Agreement with the Federal Aviation Administration for AIP Grant #3-16-0023-025-2018 and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
