SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The McCall City Council requested Chief Williams to review and rewrite McCall City Code 5.6.220: GENERAL PROVISIONS AND PRESUMPTION to include prohibitions on trailer and bicycle lane
parking inside the Central Business District. Attached is draft ordinance to address those changes. The Ordinance has been reviewed by the City Attorney and his notes are included.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Review the draft ordinance to amend McCall City Code Title 5 and give direction to staff to finalize the draft ordinance for adoption.
