SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Attached is the FY19 HACH Service Partnership Contract and quotation that covers various Hach® process control instruments at the Water Treatment Plant. The system analyzes the condition
of the raw water being processed for distribution to our customers. This service contract runs from 11-1-2018 to 10-31-2019 and includes two visits per year for calibration of the
testing equipment, recommended maintenance and unlimited technical support calls. This will be our 5th year of obtaining the service agreement, which was set in motion when we began
replacing the old antiquated system in 2014.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve new FY19 HACH Service Partnership Contract and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
