Stewart, Jr. Director I regret that I did not get to meet you when I came out to Danny Hill's property on Tuesday, December 20, 2005. I came out to examine the health of the branches of your Live oak that hang over his driveway. This letter is in reference to that Live oak you have in your side yard. If you are facing the tree from your house, the left fork of the tree is in a state of decline. I recommend removing this portion of the tree to prevent possible damage to property from falling limbs or the trunk itself. To find someone that can cut that portion of the tree down, you can look in the yellow pages under "Tree Service ". I would definitely get several quotes and make sure the business that you pick has insurance. Once again, I regret that I did not get to meet you in person. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at 912 -681 -0490. Sincerely, I i Shawn Diddie Forester Jim L. Gillis, Jr., Chairman fl. G. Thomas New P.W. Bryan. Jr. Larry S.
