SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Elaine Clegg, Idaho Smart Growth staff and Boise City Council member, will provide a 2-hour training session specific to land use. The topic areas of the training will include the role
of commission and governing boards, process and effective review and decision making as it relates to land use and planning. The Valley County Board of Commissioners and staff have
also been invited.
