SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This agenda item is to provide Council with a recommended amendment to City Code Title 5, Subchapter G, Weapons. The recommended change addresses the discharge of a firearm within the
city limits. Staff request that Council review the recommended changes. The amendment is attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Direct staff to work with the City Attorney to finalize an ordinance for adoption at the next meeting.
