ORDINANCE NO. 494
All ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 422 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CHANGING THE CLASSIFICATION OF CER-
TAIN PROPERTY AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED
SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF
SAID ORDINANCE NO. 422.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1: The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 422 is hereby amended by
reclassifying from R -1 Zone to P -1 Zone the following described pro-
perty: The N 133.5 feet of the east. 157.02 feet (except street)
of Lot 1, Tract 5103, as per map recorded in Book-53,
Page 55 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, California.
Section 2: The said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part 1 -F of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of Ordinance No. 422 and
which amendatory part I -F is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of the ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of.; general
circulation, printed and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
