HomeMy Public PortalAboutOrd. 0496/C_ ORDINANCE NO. 496 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDIh1G SECTIONS 11 AND 12 OF ORDINANCE NO. 422. The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as follows: Section 1: That Section 11, Subsection A, be amended by adding thereto use No. 30, "Circuses, carnivals, and shows of a similar nature ". Section 2: That Section 12, Subsection A.e.l shall be amended to read as follows: "Section 12, Subsection A.e.l: Such area shall be paved and properly enclosed with a solid fence or wall on each side of such 1 area abutting upon property classified for "R" 'uses." Section 3: That:Section 12 shall be amended by deleting therefrom Subsection A.e.2. Section 4: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to be published once in the Lynwood_ Press, a newspaper of general cir- culation, printed and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
