AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE 41..1E AND PLACE OF HOLDING
MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TIME CITY OF
LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood do ordain
I as follows:
SECTION 1: The regular meetings of the Board of
Trustees of the City of Lynwood, California, shall be held on the
first and third Wednesdays of each and every month at 7 :30
,P.M.; provided that whenever the time for any of said meetings
falls upon a legal holiday the same shall be held upon the next i
business day, unless otherwise ordered by said,Board of Trustees.
SECTION 2: All meetings of the Board of Trustees, of
the City of Lynwood, regular and special, shall be held in that
certain building to be known and designated- as the City Hall, locatr
ed on Lot 413 of Tract 2551 in said City of Lynwood, as per map
of said Tract recorded in Book 24, pages 78, 79 and 80 of Maps in
the Recorder's office of Los Angeles County, and which said pre—
mises are commonly known and designated as 205 West Mulford Avenue.
II SECTION 3: This Ordinance is urgently required for the
immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety,

nd the following is a specific statement showing the urgency of
of this Ordinance:
That said City of Lynwood has recently become incorporat
ed as a Municipality of the Sixth Class under the laws of the
State of California, and this Ordinance, to complete the organiza-
tion of the Government of said City, is now immediately required.
SECTION 4: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this Ordinance by a vote of four - fifths of all the members of
the Board of Trustees of said City of Lynwood, and its approval

upon and thereafter this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect.
