The Golf Course Advisory Committee (GCAC) has reviewed the current fee schedule for the FY19 season and have recommended to make a 3% adjustment to all season passes and leave daily rates alone. In the past, Council has expressed the desire to increase based on the CPI for a small adjustment each year instead of a large adjustment every few years. Staff has compared the fees with the other golf courses in the area and feel the greens fees are comparable. However, there is room for an increase to the season pass fee as Jug Mountain has a limited number of passes and Meadow Creek has a much higher fee. The attached Resolution shows a 3% increase across the board of all McCall Golf Course Fees as requested by Council. Last year, the fees were rounded to the nearest dollar so some rates were not increased. If raised a $1 on all rates, a public hearing would be required as it would be over 5% on some of the lower rates. If there is a public hearing, staff would propose adding a 9-hole daily trail fee. The rates for 2018 for Jug Mountain Ranch And Meadow Creek Golf Courses are also attached.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Resolution 18-26 Adopting 2019 Golf Course Fees and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.  RECORD OF COUNCIL ACTION  MEETING DATE ACTION
