SUMMARY STATEMENT:
McCall City Code Title 5, Subchapter G, Weapons, fails to appropriately address the discharge of firearms within the city limits. The recommended changes address this issue and have
been previously presented to Council. Staff requests that Council review the final recommendation for approval.
Attached are the Ordinance and summary.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend the Rules and read buy title only, one-time only Ordinance No _____.
Adopt Ordinance No. ______ amending McCall City Code Title 5 Subchapter G-Weapons, approve the publishing of the summary, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
