ORDINANCE No 3
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD PERMITTING THE
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES TO USE LONG
BEACH BOULEVARD WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AND MAINTAINING THE SAME.
as follows:
The Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood do ordain
SECTION 1. The Board of Trustees of Lynwood does here-
by grant permission to the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Los Angeles, State of California, to enter upon and use Long Beach
Boulevard, within the city limits of the city of Lynwood, for the
purpose of constructing and maintaining the said Long Beach Boule-
vard.
SECTION 2, The City Clerk of the City of Lynwood shall
certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be
