AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF LYN:I'OOD
FIXING THE COLIPENSATIO14 OF THE CITY MARSHAL AND TRAFIC REGULATOR
AND OF THE WATER SUPERINTENDENV, ALSO FIXING THE AMOUNT OF THE
OFFICIAL BOND OF THE CITY MARSHAL.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood do ordain
as follows:
SECTION, 1 The City Marshal and Trafic Regulator shall
receive compensation at the rate of two hundred dollars (`200)

r month payable monthly on the last day of each month.
e' l - _- SECTION 2. The City marshal before entering upon Lhe duties
6 Lra: j r g 5 y his office shall execute a bond to said City in the penal
sum of five hundred dollars (,$500)
\ SECTION 3. The '.later Superintendent shall receive
compensation at the rate of one hundred dollafs,($100) p er month
Mp payab monthly on the last day of each month.
S ECTIONa''1 Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5.The 6ity Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and its approval by the President of said Board,
and there being no newspaper of ' ,,enera.l circulation published and
circulated in said city, he shall cause the same to be printed
and posted in three public places in said city of Lynwood to wit'
One copy upon each of the Official bulletin boards of the City
of Lynwood and thereupon and thereafter this Ordinance shall be
in full force and effect.
