establishing and designating the official grades of the streets alleys avenues
and sewers and for any other public work within said City of Lynwood and for
measuring all elegations or service points therein.
The official bench mark or datum monument within the City of Lynwood
shall be the top of that certain iron spike set in the center of the curb and
located in the center of the curb return at the northwest corner of Sanborn
Avenue and Long Beach Boulevard in said City of Lynwood County of Los Angeles
State of California, and its elevation is 82.37 feet above sea level or the
city datum plane.
The grades herein established refer to top of curb and are established
on the curb lines which are more particularly described and shown on the profiles
above mentioned.

SECTION 2, The City Clerk OE the City of Lynwood shall certify to
the passage of this ordinance and.cause the same to be printed and posted in
three public places in the City of Lynwood and the said ordinance shall be in
full force and effect thirty days from and after the date of said printing and
posting.
