All ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF LYRVICOD^ CALIFORNIA, ANIZILLI.NG A PORTION OF SEC=
TION 92, OF ORDINANCE NO. 2I OF SAID CITY.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood
California, do ordain as follows:
Section I. That portion of Section 92, of Or-
dinance No. 2I, of the City of Lynwood, California,
reading as follows: "Provided, however that 'the rate of
license for every person conducting, managing or carry-
ing on such business without the employment of any other
person shall be SI2.00 per annum, payable semi- annually.
is hereby annulled.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify* to
the passage of this Ordinance hy:a3vote:.of fovr -f fthse
of all members of :the.Board of Trustees of said City
of Lynwood, and its approval by the President of said
Beard, and shall cause the same to be published once
in The Lynwood Tribune, a newspaper° of general circula-

I, Fred E. 'Nelch, City C1erh of the City of
Lynwood, California, do hereby certify that the fore-
going Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 23 of the City of
Lynwood, was duly passed and adopted by a vote of four -
fifths of all its members, and approved by the Presi-
dent of said Board, and attested by the City Clerk at a
regular adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 25th
day of July, I923. And that the same was passed and ad-
opted by the following vote, to -wit:
Ayes: Trustees Merrill, Menzel, Millard, Dow-
- Noes: None.
