AN ORDIi OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF
LYIT?JOOD; CALIFORNIA, FIXING THE. COiAPENSATTON OF THE CITY
MARSHALL AND TRAFFIC REGULATOR, OR REG?TTATORS, THE PIATIM
STJPERINTE AND THE CITY RECORDER; ALSO ANNULLING SEC=
TIONS, OR PORTIONS OF SECTIONS, OF ORDII•iANCES NOS. 3 AND
I4 OF THE CITY 07 LYNVIOCD,
The Board-of Trustees of the City of Lynwcod, do or-
dain as follows: w
4 Section I: The City-Marshal' and Traff c'Regulator,
or Regulators; shall.each receive compensation at the rate
of Two Hundred Dollars (w200;00) per month, payable month -
ly at the end of each and every month. r
Section 2: The Water Superintendent shall receive com
pensati.an at the rate of one Hundred F ftzr Dollars (,150,00)
7rb p er month, payablu monthly at the end _of each and every
onth,
Section 3: The City Recorder shall receive compensation
at the rate of Fifty Dollars (50.00) per month, payable
monthly at the end of each and every <<.onth.
Section 4: Sections 1 and 3 of Ordinance No. 14, that
portion of Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3 ?eading "The salary
of the City Recorder shall be Ten Dollars (�t10) per month,
`
-payable monthly at the end of each and every month." also all
Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordi-
nance are hereby repealed.
Section 5: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this Ordinance and its approval by the President of said
Board, and cause the same to be published once in The Lyn-
wood Trib:une,and thereupon and thereafter the same shall_ be
in full force and affect.
