The Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood do or-
dain as follows: •'
Section 1. That the amount of money necessary to be
raised by taxation upon the taxable property in the sail City
of Lynwood, California, as a revenue to carry on the various
departments of said municipal corporation for the current
year. 1923 -1924, and to pad: the bonded and other indebtedness
of said City of Lynwood, California, is fixed at:
For carrying on the various departments of
the City the sum of Eight Thousand Ei ht
Fundred Seventy Dollars and Ninety Cents t8870.90
For paying the bonded indebtedness of the
City the sum oa O00J.0

Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the pas-
sage of this Ordi nance by a four-fifths vote of all members
of the Poard of Trustees of said City of Lynwood and its
approval by the President of said Board, He shall also cause
same to be published once in The Ltinwood Tribune, a news_ra-
per of general circulation in the City of Lynwood,

I, K. C. Amann, Acting -City Clark of the City* of Lyn-
wood, California, do hereby certify that the foregoing OY•d.i-
nanne, being Ordinance No. 25 of`the City of Lynwood, was dul
passed and adopted by a vote of four - fifths of all members of
the Board of Trustees of said City, and approved by the Presi-
dent of said Boarl, and attested by the Acting City Clerk at a
regular a meeting of said Hoard held on the 22nd day
of August, 1923. And that the same was passed and adopted by
the following vote, to - wit:
