Chairperson called the meeting to order at 8:59 p.m.

2. Approval of Agenda:
Commissioner Soles moved, and Commissioner Hodsdon seconded the motion to
approve the Agenda. Motion carried: 7-0.
3. Open Forum:
4. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding:
a. Appoint Chairperson
Action moved to after the appointment of the Planning Commission chairperson at the
next Planning Commission meeting.
b. BOA Resolution 2013-01-01, Adopting Rules and Procedures for Proceedings of
the Board of Adjustment of the Town of Fraser, Colorado
Commissioner Shapiro moved, and Commissioner Powell Shapiro seconded the motion
to approve the BOA Resolution 2013-01-01, Adopting Rules and Procedures for
Proceedings of the Board of Adjustment of the Town of Fraser, Colorado. Motion
carried: 7-0.
5. Adjourn
Commissioner Shapiro moved, and Commissioner Powell seconded the motion to
adjourn. Motion carried: 7-0. Meeting adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
