The Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood does ordain as follows:
Section -l: That the amount of money necessary to be` raised by

the current year 1924 -25, and to pay the bonded and other indebtedness of the
said City of Lynwood, is hereby fixed as follows:

Section 2.: Owing`.to limiitation'of '..time- for °mdking , tax,; levy
necessary to. raise the above stated amount an emergency is hereby declared
' to'exist and this Ordinance shall take effect in the manner,provided for by
the laws of the State of California governing emergency Ordinances.
Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of This Or-
dinance by - a four- fifths vote of all members of the Board of Trnl ;tees of the
C ty'of '. Lynwood, and its approval by the 'President of said Board, and cause
the 'same to be published once in The Lynwood Tribune.
