THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, IN THE MANNER CON2MMLATED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 43 OF S.ID CITY.
ME BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF LYMICOD DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOl7S:
SECTION I.
That Peach Street and South Peach Street, from the northerly
line and its extension easterly of Lot 37, Block 22, of Modjeska Park,
as per map recorded in Book 9, Pages 142 and 143 of Haps, Records of
Los Lngoles County, California, to the northerly line of Beeclwrood Ave-
,_ nue, and from the southerly line of South Los Flores Boulevard to the
northerly line of Lynwood Road;
California Street, from the south line of South Los Flores
Boulevard to the north line of Lynwood Road;
An Alley twenty feet (20') in width, lying approximately .
along, the easterly boundary line of the City of Lynwood, from the south-
erly line.of Beachwood Avenue to the northerly line of that certain al-
ley lying along the southerly line of Lot 354, of Tract No. 2551, as
per map recorded in Book 24, Pages 78, 79 and 80, of Maps, Records of
Los Angeles County, California;
Fir Street, from the southerly line of.the south roadway of
Fernwood Avenue to the northerly line of Josephine Street;
Oak Avenue, from the southerly line of Burton Avenue to the
northerly line of Euclid Avenue;
Burton Avenue, from the westerly boundary line of Tract No.
3025, as per map recorded in Book 35, Pages 43 and 44, of haps,.Records
of Los Angeles County,. to the westerly line. of Pine Avenue;
Magnolia Avenue, from the easterly line of Pine Avenue to a
point 100.00 feet easterly the re from. .(measured along the southerly line

Carlin Avenue, from the westerly boundary line of said Tract
No. 3025 to a point 100.00 feet east from the easterly line of Pine

be opened, widened-and extended in the City of Lya ood in the manner
contemplated by Ordinance No..43, approved August 6,.1924, to- .which'said

Ordinance reference is hereby made for all particulars regarding said
improvement.
' SECTION II.
That the City Attorney of the City -of Lynwood is hereby au-
thorized, empowered and directed to. bring an action in the name of the
City of Lyn=mood,' in the Superior Court of the State of-California, in
and for the County of Los Angeles,' for the condemnation of't7ia real pro
perty described in Ordinance No. 43 -, hereinbefore,referred : to, and nee -
essary and convenient to be taken .for the improvement herein and in
Section I hereof mentioned, against all of the'owmers aod_
said.prooerty or any part thereof.
SECTION III.
The City Clerk shall certify to passage of this Ordinance
and cause the same to be published once in the Lynwood Tribune,.and
thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force'and effect.
