SEC'T'ION I.
That Weber Avenue, from the northeasterly line of Belle Vernon Acres,
as per map of same recorded in Book 9, Page 196 of Yaps, Records of Los Angeles
County, California, to the westerly line,of Golden :venue;
That Golden Avenue from the northeasterly line of Belle Vernon Acres,
as per man of same recorded in Book 9, page 196 of Yaps, Records of Los Angeles
County, California, to the northerly line of Euclid ::venue;
That Palm Avenue from the westerly line of Pine Avenue (sometimes
known as Alpine Avenue) to a line 18.00 feet easterly from and parallel with the
west line of Lots 9 and 10, Block 13, said Belle Vernon Acres;
That Burton Avenue from the easterly line -f Pine Avenue (sometimes
known as Alpine Avenue) to a point 75.80 feet.easterly therefrom (measured along
the southerly line of Burton Avenue);
" That a street 50.00 feet in width, lying approximately 300.00 feet
nort1f of Carlin Avenue in said City of Lynwood, from the westerly line of Pine
Avenue (sometimes known as Alpine Avenue) to the easterly line of Belle Vernon
Boulevard;
be opened, widened and extended in the City of Lynwood in the manner
contemplated by Ordinance No. 46, approved November 19th, 1924, to which said
Ordinance reference is hereby made for all particulars regarding said improvement.
SECTION II.
That the City Attorney of the City of Lynwood is hereby authorized,
empowered and directed to bring an action in the name of the City of Lynwood, in

the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of
Los Angeles, for the condemnation of the real property described in Ordiance N0.46,
hereinbefore referred to, and necessary and convenient, to be taken for the
improvement herein and in Section I hereof mentioned, against all of the ovmers,
and claimants of said property or any part thereof.
SECTION III.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance
and cause the same to be published once in the Lynwood Tribune, and thereupon
and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
