AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE BITY OF LY14VI00D EX-
TENDING THE TIME FOR BRINPING ACTION IN SUPERIOR OF THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA AD PROVIDED FOR IN ORDINANCE NO. 47 ADOPTED BY
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OFMILYNWOOD'ON THE 19th DAY OF
NOVEMBER' 1924,
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DO ORDP_IN AD FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, The time within the city attorney of the city of
Lynwood is authorized, empowered and directed to bring an action
for the condemnation of the real property described in Ordinance
No, 43, he and the same is hereby extended for an additional period
of sixty (60) days from and after the passage and adoption of this
Ordinance.
SECTION 2, the City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Lyn-
wood Tribune, and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full
force and effect.
