An Ordinance of the Board of Trustees of the City
of Lynwood, Cal., fixing water rates in the said City
of Lynwood, and amending and annulling certain portions
.of Ordinance No 5.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood does ordain as fol-
lows:
Section 1: .That that part of Section 5 of Ordinance No 5 read-
ing as follows: "For every private dwelling house or separate tenement oc-
cupied by only one family and including water for all ordinany domestic
purposes` and for use on lot not to exceed 21,780 square feet - -- X1.50," is
hereby annulled.
Section 2: That that part of Section 5 of Ordinance No 5 read-
ing as follows: "For each additional residence upon the same lot,. under
the same ownership, where service is furnished upon application of owner
and the owner pays all bills - -- $1.00," is hereby annulled.
Section 3: That that part of Section 8 of Ordinance No 5 read-
ing as follows: "If not paid on or before the 15th of the month in which
water is used, a penalty of 25 cents shall be added to the charge for water
used during such month," is hereby annulled.
Section 4: Water rates for water furnished from the Municipal
Water System of the City - of Lynwood are hereby fixed and established for
water used each month as follows:
For each private dwelling house or separate tenement occupied by
only one family and including water for all ordinary domestic purposes and
for use on lot not to exceed'21,760 square feet, the rate shall tie $1,25.
For each additional residence upon the same lot, under the same
ownership, where service is furnished upon application of owner, and the
owner pays all bills, the rate shall be $.75 cents.
-- - -- - Section -5: All water bills remaining unpaid upon the first day
of the next succeeding month are hereby declared delinquent and a penalty
of 25 cents for each service shall be added thereto.
Section 6: The City Clerk shall certify to ,,the passage of this
Ordinance, and its approval by the President of the Board of Trustees,
and "cause the same to be published once in The Lynwood Tribune.
Passed and approved this 18th day of Feb., 1925.

officio Clerk of the Board of Trustees, do hereby certify that the fore-
going Ordinance, being Ordinance No.52 of the City of Lynwood, was
passed by the Board of Trustees and'approved by the President thereof -
at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of Feb., 1925. And that the
same was passed by the following vote:
