AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DECLARING THAT OER AIN SERvICN TO t3E :PERF,OR= BY THE, UI'1'Y ATTORNEY _ARE EXTRA. AND ADDITIONAL 10 HIS USUAL .SERVIUES, . AND FIXING. THE EXTRA COMPEiNSATIO11 TO BE PAID HIM 1HEREFOR. the Board of Trustees of the city of, Lynwood do ordain as follows, tbi- wi SECTION L. Treat the Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood did on the 27th day of January, 19,25, duly pass and adopt its reso lution No. 241 authorizing, empowering and directing the city at— torney to take, perfebt and prosecute an appeal from a.cer. aiu decision of, the Superior Court. of Lou Angeles County in`Ac3;ion No. 160,267, entitled; "John M. Worth, plaintiff, versus, Frank M. Dodne�o et al, defendants. °i SECTION 2. 'xhat it is agreed and understood by and between the Board of Trustees and the city attorney that the services to be performed by him pursuant to said resolution will be unusual, will require a. considerable amouny of his : time and -at 'cention, a::d is. litiggtion in which cerjiain officials of, the city of Lynwood in their official capacities are parties, and that all otl such services are in addition to those contemplajmfir his usual employ— ment and compensation as city attorney, and iAk is tge opinion of the Board of Trustees that he should be paid a reasonable and add tional fee for his services io be performed by reason of� said res lution. SEC'i'IOtu 3. That Oscar E. Winburn, city attorney of the Cit�y of Lynwood shall receive and be paid the sum of. Five Hundred ($500)i Dollars as compensation for the extra services to be performed i by him pursuant to said resolution, which compensation shall be in� addition to his' regular salary of seventy —five ($75) ^ pe� e x m nuh.
