An Ordinance of the Board of Trustees of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, fixing the amount of money necessary to be
raised by taxation upon the taxable property therein as a rove
nue to carry on the various departments of said City of Lynwood
during the current year 1925 -26, and fixing the rate of taxation
necessary to raise said amount..
The Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood does ordain
follows:
- Section 1: That the amount og money necessary to be rais
by taxation upon the taxable property in the said City of Lynwood, Cal.,
as a revenue to carry on the various departments of said Municipal Corp-
oration for the current year 1925 -26 is hereby fixed as follows:

Office Salaries
$4680.00
Office expense

Gas Electric & Phone
$ 850.00
Labor
$ 500.00
Printing and advertising

Section 2: That the rate of taxation necessary to be levied
upon the taxable property within the City of Lynwood to raise the amount
set forth in Section 1 of this Ordinance shall be Eighty (80) Cents on
each One Hundred ($100) Dollars of the assessed valuation of the City of
Lynwood as returned to this Board by the Auditor of the County of Los
Angeles on the 17th day of August, 1925.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance
and oar m'the same to be published once in The Lynwood Tribune.
Passed and approved this 2nd day of Sept, 925.

I, Fred E Welch, City Clerk of the City of Lynwood and ex-
officio Clerk of the Board of Trustees, do hereby vertify that the above
and foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance No ..SS., was passed by the
Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood, and approved by the President
thereof at a regular meeting held on.the 2nd day of Sept, 1925. And that
the same was passed by the following vote:
Ayes: Trustees Hutchinson Gordy Reed Downey

Absent: None
Not voting: Trustee Tweedy
