AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PROHIBITED DRUGS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The Code of Medina is amended by adding Chapter 9 as follows:
Section 1:
Prohibited Drugs. The provisions of Minnesota Statutes,
Chapter 152, as amended by the regular and extra sessions of
the Legislature of the State of Minnesota, are hereby
adopted and confirmed by the City of Medina and
incorporated in this ordinance as completely as if set out
in full.
Section 2:
Penalty. Any person violating any provision of this ordinance
shalljupon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not to
exceed $700 or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed
ninety ( 9 0 ) days, or both, together with payment of cost of
prosecution.
This ordinance becomes effective upon its adoption and
publication.
