SECTION I. That Section 1 of Ordinance Noy l entitled !' An
ordinance fixing the time and place of holding meetings of the Board: of Trus -
tees of the City of Lynwood, California, " be amended to read'as follows :-
"Section 1.' The regular meetings of the Board of trustees of the
City of Lynwood, California; shall be held on the first and.third
Tuesdays of each and every month at %:OO o'clock 2.21. provided
that whenever, the time for any of said meetings falls upon `.a legal
holiday the same shall be held upon the next business . day, unless
otherwise ordered by said "Board'of Trustees."
`SECTION Ii. Any and all ordinance a 'and parts of ordinances "
in conflict,with the provisions of this ordinance or.inconsistent herewith.
are hereby repealed.

'SECTION III' 'If any section, sentence, clause or phrase.of this
ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional,`in violation of the
law;'or inoperative, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remain-
ing, portion of tb:is ordinance. The.Board of ":rustees of the City'of'Iynwood
hereby declares that it.would have passed this ordinance'and eaoh section,
• subsection, sentence, clause or phrase thereof irreapective'of the fact that
anyone or more ~ other sections, sub - sections, sentences, clauses r phrases
be declared unconstitutional; in violation of the law, or inoperative.
SECTION,IP. The City Clerk shall certify to -the passage of this
' ordinance, and to its approval by the president of the B6ard Trustees,. and
shall cause the same to be.published once in the Lynwood Tribune a weekly
newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Lynwood; and
thirty days thereafter the same shall be in full force, and effect..
