AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TIME OF REGULAR MEETING CF THE BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF LYNVIOOD.
- 4 -The Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood,
do ordain as follows, to -wit:
SECTION 1: The regular meetings of the Board of
Trustees of the City of Lynwood shall be two in number each
month and such meetings shall be held on the second and
fourth Tuesdays of each month, at the hour of _7 o'clock
P. M., in the Hall of the City of Lynwood.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect -imme-
diately upon its final passage and approval by the President
of the Board of Trustees of said City.
SECTION 3: The reason why such Ordinance is made
to take effect immediately upon its final passage and approval
as in Section 2 hereof provided, is because it is absolutely
necessary that the dates for holding regular meetings be
changed from the days heretofore fixed, because of the impera-
tive need of the public business in said city and of the
several officers of the town, that such change be made without
- delay. - -
SECTION 4: All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5: The Clerk of the City of Lynwood is
hereby directed to cause to be published this Ordinance,
after its final passage and approval, for one time in the
Lynwood Tribune, which newspaper is hereby designated for
such purpose.
The above Ordinance was read t=o times and was
finally passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of
Lynwood, , at a regular meeting of.said Board held on the
1� day of 1926, by the following vote:
Ayes: Tweedy, Skelton, Rice, Mturray, Greenamy-e>
