BOTTL 3. * T fi The Board of 'Trustees, no. known as the City Council of t� e C ty of Lym7ood, does ordain as follows, to -wit: Section 1, lifter this Ordinance takes effect it shall R:e the duty of each f:erson, firm, association or cor oc- cupying and controlling, either as tenant or owner, any dwelling house, store or other structure in said Lynwood where any garbage, tin cans or empty bottles may exist by reason of the use of such dwelling house, store or other structure by such person, firm, as- sociation or corporation, to ylace, or cause to be placed, such garbage, tin cans and empty bottles, in receptacles, in the ,..anner following: All g >arba, shall be deposited in tightly covered metal cans of sufficient size to contain the same; and, in the cage of residence, t each week, such person, firm, association or cor- poration shall :lace such can and contents out upon or near the curb of the str.,�et adjacent and opposite to such duelling house :There Each garbage is ,.rod< so that the said garbage may be re- moved by the City of Lynwood, in the manner hereinafter - provided. The City of Lynwood shall annuall contract with some responsible person., firm association or corporation to remove a.nd dispose of all garbage, tin cans and empty bottles; and such contract shall be let to the lowest responsible bidder after advertising by w notice inviting sealed +_rolosals or bids therefor; wash notice shall be - published in the Lyn ^rood Tribune two times, and shall be signed by the Clerk of the City of Lynwood under direction of true .3oa -- -d of ' rustees or 'Q.*Lt,7r Council of the said City.
