SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately on its final passage. SECTION 3. The reason why this ordinance Is made to take effect as above is because the Public peace, health, oomp fort and convenience require that the kinds of constructions mentioned in Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7 shall not be erected without complying with the amendment of said provided, to avoid the creation of public nuisances which are now threatened.
