The Board of Trustees ( now known as the City Council) of
the City of .Lynwood, does ordain as follows, to -wit:
"' Section 1. Section 12 of Ordinance No. 117, known as the
,later Ordinance of the City of Lynwood," is hereby amended so
as to read as follows, to - ?wit:
No person shall be entitled to water connection or water
service until the owner of the premises or his duly authorized
agent shall make application for water service on a form pro-
vided by the 7 67ater Department for the same. Application for
service must be accompanied by a service connection charge of
X10.00 or more according to the size or service required. In
case of a new construction of any building and application for
water connection shall be made before the rough plumbing is
oked by the Building Inspector of the City of Lynwood, and no
0. 1% shall be issued by said Building Inspector until such tap
is installed as above provided, if not already in on the property.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
da, , -s after its final passage and approval.
Section 3. The Clerk of the City of Lynwood shall cause
this Ordinance to be published for one time after its final
passage in the Lynwood Tribune, which newspaper is designated
for t %iat purpose.
