AN ORDINANCE AMEy 1;4 ,jLCTIQ1T 10 AND SECTION
10; OF O INANC ; 73 OF THE CITY OF LYN-
WOOD, KNUUN AS " INESS LICENSE ORDINANCE."
The Board of Trustees, now known as the Cite Council of
the Cite of Lynwood, do ordain as follows, to-wit:-
61 1: :section lO and 10j of Ordinance No. 73,
which relates to ?lumbing Contractors and Electrical Contractors
and the license fee therefor, is herebl. amended so that the same
shall read as follows, to -wit:-
"Section 10: -b'very person, firm or Corporation engaged
in the business wholly or in part, in the City of Lynwood, as a
plumbing contractor to do the rough plumbing and gas piping or
for the installation of plumbing or gas fixtures, water heaters,
gas ranges and air heaters included, and all electrical contrac-
tors doing wiring for lights, heat or power, or to install anT
fixtures, motors, signs, electric ranges, water heaters or air
heating devices of any kind in said City of Lynwood, shall pay a
license fee of :100.00, payable in advance."
"Section 10=x: ='` * * So far as plumbing contractors
and electrical contractors, or those placing electrical or plumb-
ing fixtures, are concerned under this Ordinance, the following
procedure shall apply: 'ehe beginning of the yearly period shall
commence on the first day of any month of the year."
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect t hirty
,30) days after its final passage and approval.
6ECTION 3: The Clerk of the Cite of Lynwood shall
cause this Ordinance to be published for one time after its final
passage in the Lynwood Tribune, which newspaper is designated for
that purpose.
