The Board of Trustees, now known as the City Council of the
Uty of Lynwood, do ordain as follows, to -wit:
"' Sectionl. Section 6 of Ordinance No. 117, known as the
:dater Ordinance of the City of Lynwood, is hereby amended by
adding thereto, to read as follows to- Tait:
"V7here the HUITT Yl�0 -�,SS is used, the charges shell be two
and one -half (.022) cents per barrel of cement"
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after its final passage and approval.
Section 3. The Clerk of the City of Lynwood shall cause
this Ordinance to be published for one time after its final
passage in the Lynwood Tribune, which newspaper is designated
for that purpose.
