ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFOR NIA - -
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 117 ESTABLISHING WATER RATES
The -City 6ouncil of the -City of Lynwood do ordain as -
follows;
SECTION 1: That Section 6 -B of Ordinance No.117 be,
and the same is hereby amended to read as 'ollVw
"For
water served through meters,
the charge
shall
be as
folows:
For
the first 1000 cubic feet, or
fraction
thereof
$1.25
For
the next 4000 cubic feet, per
1000 cubic
feet or fraction thereof
.90
For
the next 5000 cubic feet, per
1000 cubic
feet or fraction hereof
.80
For
the next 5000 cubic feet, per
1000 cubic
.70
feet or fraction thereof
For
over 15,000 cubic feet, per thousand cubic
The above rates shall be subject to a discount of
25� if paid on or before the 20th of the month follow-
ing the reading of the meter."
