ORDINANCE No. 140,
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING
ORDINANCE No. 73 RELATING TO LICENSING THE
9ARIOUS,BUSINESSES IN SAID CITY OF LYNWOOD.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood do ordain as
follows: °
SECTION 1: That Section 11 of Ordinanee'No., 73 of the
City of Lynwood be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"SECTION 11: No person shall engage in
plumbing or electrical work in connection
with the construction of any building or
structure in the City of Lynwood, whether
wholly or partly in said City, unless
licensed so to do by said City; provided,
however, that this provision shall not apply
to owners who do their own plumbing or
electrical work - 'in`any building owned by
them, and who do not engage employ the services
of any other person F:ar'ccmpensd;tion ". .,_. ,_ -. _.:....
