ORDINANCE NUMBER
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE BURNING OF RUBBISH, PAPER, SHAVINGS,
BOXES OR OTHER COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL WITHIN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to ignite , set l
fire to or burn any rubbish, paper, shavings, boxes or other
combustible material in or upon any public street, sidewalk,
alley or other public place in the City of Lynwood.
It shall be unlawful for any person to ignite, set
fire to or burn any rubbish, paper, shavings, boxes or other
combustible material in or, upon any lot or premises in the
City of Lynwood, except between the hours of 6;00 a.m. and
11;00 A. 11. of any day; provided, however, that grass and weeds
may be burned off vacant lots and lands between the hours of
3;00 A. M. and 6;00 O'clock P. Y1. of any day, in the event
that a written permit so to do has been obtained from the Chief of
Fire Department of the City of Lynwood.
