AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AP.ENDING ORDINANCE NO.
137 FIXING SALARIES OF OFFICERS AUD EM-
PLOYEES.

The City Council of the City of Lynwood do ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: That Section 1, of Ordinance No: 137 - be amen-
ded by changing the item Police Judge to read:
POLICE JUDGE . . . . . . . . . . . $150.00 per month.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect as to pay-
meat of salary for the month of September, 1930.
SECTION 3:. The Clerk of the City of Lynwood is hereby
directed to certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and to
cause the same to be published once, after its final and
approval, in the Lynwood Tribune, a weekly newspaper printed, pub-
lished and circulated in said City.

City of Lynwood, California, do hereby certify that the above
and foregoing ordinance was duly adopted by the City Council
of said City at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held in
the City Hall of said City on the 12th day of August, 1930, and
passed by the following vote:
