Ai4 ORDINANCE OF THE 'CITY OF LYNWOOD., CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE 134 REQUIRING CERTAIN BOULEVARD
STOPS

The City Council of the 'City of Lynwood do ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1 That Section 3 of Ordinance 134 of the
City of Lynwood be amended to read as follows:
Section 3 It shall be unlawful for
any vehicle, as said term is defined in the CALIFORNIA VEHICLE
.ACT, to fail to stop before entering or crossing any of the
following streets in the City of Lynwood from the streets
here inafter °mentioned: -
PLATT STREET from the first alley east. of Long Beach
Boulevard
MULFORD STREET, from the first alley west..of Long Beach.
Boulevard
FERNWOOD AVENUE from the first alley east of Long. Beach
Boulevard
MODJESKA STREET from 114th Street
TWEEDY ROAD from State Street
FERNWOOD AVENUE, from 114th Street (also known as
Impe riaT Highway)
when there shall be_in.place upon the highway intersecting any
of said streets at or near the boundary line of such street,:
appropriate stop signs, as described in the CALIFORNIA VEHICLE
ACT, so located as to be plainly visible at all times to the
driver of an approaching vehicle:
SECTION 2 - That the City Clerk of said City is,
hereby directed to certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and

1 to cause the same to be published once in the. "LYN1700D TRIBUNE "; �
2 a weekly newspaper, of general circulation, printed, published and.
3 circulated in the City of Lynwood.
