AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AL+ENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 126 OF SAID CITY, FIXING THC
TI'„E AND PL C2 OF 14? vTINGS OF THE CITY CO LJNCIL
OF SAID CITY.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood do ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section l of Ordinance No. 126 of the City of
Lynwood is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. The regular meetings of the City Council of
the City of Lynwood shall be held on the second and last
Tuesdays of each month, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P. M. of
said days; provided, however, that when the meeting days as
above provided fall upon a legal holiday, then such meeting
shall be held on the next succeeding day that is not a legal
holiday."
SECTION 2. All ordinances_or_parts _ of.ordinances in
conflict herewith are herely repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effedt on Idarch
10th 1931.
SECTIOi; 4. The Clerk of the City of Lynwood is hereby
directed to certify to the adoption of this ordinance and to
cause the same to be published, after its final passage and
approval, once in the Lynwood Tribune, which newspaper is
hereby designated for that purpose.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 1931.
