AN.ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENJINr ORDINANCE
'NO.1aly FIXING WATER RATES.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood do ordain asafollows:
SECTION 1. That Section g of Ordinance id& M of the
City of Lynwood be amended by adding thereto a paragraph to'
read as follows:
"Provided, however, that if the `20th day of the month falls
on Sunday or a legal holiday, the rebate shall be allowed if
payment is made on the first -day after the 20th day of the month y
that is not a legal holiday."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to certify to
the adoption of this ordinance and to cause . the same to be pub
lished,once, in the Lynwood Tribune, a weekly newspaper published .
and circulated in the City of Lynwood, after its final passage.
