THE CONDUCT OF NEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL.

4 The City Council of the City of'Lynwood do ,ordain "as follows:
5 SECTIOY 1: That it shall be unlawful for any person to smoke
.6 in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of the City of Lynwood during
17 any'meeting of the City Council, and the mayor of the City is
g hereby directed to enforce the provisions hereof by directing a
