AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LY1?l'JOOD APPENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 117 ESTABLISHING WATER RATES.

The City Council of the City of Lynwood do ordain as
follows:
SECTION l: That Section 6 -B of Ordinance No. 117,
known as the Water Ordinance of the City of 'Lynwood be amended
by adding thereto the following paragraph:
"The charges for Water Service for the Independent
private fire lines used exclusively for fire protection, whether
said line be connected with automatic sprinkling systems or to
hose attachments shall be as follows, to -wit:
For

2 -inch
fire
line,
per
month .

3 -inch
fire

For each 4 -incn fire line, per month 2.00
For each 6 -inch fire line, per month 4.00 1 . -1
For each 8 -inch fire line, per month . . 6.00
SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect
thirty days after its publication.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk shall certify to the a-
doption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published
once in the Lynwood Tribune, a weekly newspaper of general circu-
lation printed, published and circulated within the said C.ty of
Lynwood, and which is hereby designated for that purpose.
