AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD PRESCRIBING CER-
TAIN DUTIES OF THE BUILDING INSPECTOR OF SAID CITY.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood do ordain as fol-
lows:-
SECTION 1: It shall be the duty of the Building Inspector
of the City of Lynwood to refuse to issue any building permit pur-
suant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 141 of said City (Build-
ing Code) for the construction of any building any portion of
which is to be constructed pursuant to a contract therefor, unless
all persons contracting to perform such work are licensed under
the provisions of the Statutes of the State of California, includ-
ing Statutes 1929 Chapter 791.

SECTION 2: The City Clerk of the City of Lynwood is di-
rected certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and to cause
the same to be published, after its final passage and approval,
- once in the -- Lynwood - Tribune, which.- newspaper -is hereby designated
for,that` purpose.
PASSED. AND ADOPTED this 30th day of June , 1931.
