ORDINANCE NO. 173
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD REGULATING
THESALE OF FOODSTUFF IN SAID CITY.

The City Council of the City of Lynwood do ordain as
follows:-
SECTION 1: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm
or corporation to sell, or offer for sale, in the City of Lyn-
wood, any fruit, vegetables, fish, meat or any foodstuff not
in sealed containers unless the same be sold or offered for
sale in a building of Type I, II, III, IV or V construction
as defined by Ordinance No. 141 (Building Code) of the City
of Lynwood, or unless in a vehicle that is not allowed to re-
main stationary upon any private property in said City.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk of the City of Lynwood is
directed to certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and to
cause thesame to be published, after its final passage and ap-
proval, once in the Lynwood Tribune, which newspaper is here-
by designated for that purpose.
