CERTAIN BONDS OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF SAID
CITY•AND REPEALING ORDINANCE 110. 3 OF SAID CITY.
The City Council of the -City of Lynwood do ordain.as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following officers and employees of
said City be and they are each respectively required to execute
bonds to the City of Lynwood in the penalty hereinafter respective -.
ly set forth, in. the form required by .law:
' City Treasurer 015,000.00
` City Clerk, 1,000.00
Business License Collector '$ 1,000.00
Building Inspect or �' 4 1,000.00
Water Department,Clerk 1
Deputy City Treasurer /- 2,500.00

Clerk of City.Court 1,000.00
provided, however, that in those eases in which the law does not
"�6peoify th'e` f'o`rm of the bond of ' any 'of ` the above off icers"or em-
ployees, the Porn of such bond shall be approved by the City
Attorney of said'City. The sureties on such bonds shall be ap-
proved by the Mayor of said City and the premiums thereon shall
be a:charge against the General Fund of said City.
SECTION 2. Ordinance Ivo. 3 and all other ordinances or
' parts,of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall 'certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and shall 'cause the same to be published once, after
its adoption and approval, in.the Lynwood Tribune, a weekly news-
_paper .published and circulated in said City of Lynwood.
