AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD A1,1ENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 137 RELATING TO COMPENSATION OF
ETr ?PLOYEES AND VACATIONS. ,
The City Council of the City of Lynwood do ordain as
follows:'
,• SECTION 1. That Section 4 -A of Ordinance No. 137 of the
City of Lynwood be amended to read as follows:
"Aection 4 -A. VACATIONS. Every person who shall have
been in the service of the City continuously for at least one
year, shall be allowed a vacation of twelve working days in
each calendar year with pay, except as hereinafter provided.
In computing vacations, Saturdays'shall be considered a full
day." .
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once
after its final passage and approval, in the Lynwood Tribune,
a weekly newspaper printed, published circulated in said City.
