ORDINANCE NO. 182 _
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY'OF LYNWOOD FIXING THE
AMOUNT OF 19ON2Y NECESSARY TO BE RAISED BY .TAXATION
TO PROVIDE FOR CARRYING ON THE VARIOUS FUNCTIONS
OF NNNICIPAL GOTERNIIENT OP SAID CITY FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 1931 -1932 AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FOR
THE PAY -11ENT OF INTEREST AND. PRINJCIPAL OF MJNICIPAL
AND OTHER BONDED INDEBTEDIIESS BECOMING DUE IN SAID
FISCAL YEAR.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood do ordain as follows:

SECTION 1. That the amount of money necessary to be raised by
taxation upon the taxable property within the limits of the City of
Lynnwood, County of Los Angeles., State of California, to provide for
carrying on the various functions of municipal government in said
City for the fiscal year beginning July 1; 1931 and ending June 30,"
1932 is hereby fixed at the sum of Fifty -Seven Thousand, One Hundred
Eighty -One and fifty -eight /100 Dollars ($57,181.58).
SECTION 2. '"Cb}at the amount of money necessary to be raised by
taxation upon the taxable property within the limits of said City to
provide for the payment of the annual interest and that portion of the
principal as shall become due before the time fori'fixing the next
general tax levy of those certain bonds in the principal amount of
_$50,000.00_authori"zed by Ordinance No. 94 adopted on the'
lst f�_ day of October 1927 by the Board of Trastees"
of said'City, is the sum of Three Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy -Five
and no /100 Dollars ($3,775.00).
SECT -TON 3., That in addition to r ' mounts of money necessary
to be raised as aforesaid, the amount N� n cessary to be raised by
taxation upon the taxable land -s, exclusive of improvements, in
the assessment district described in the proceedings for "Act of
'1927 Municipal Improvement District No. 1 of the City of Lynwood," to
provide for the payment of the interest and such portion of the
principal, of the bonds issued under said proceedings, as is to be-
come due before the time for making the next general.tax levy; is the
sum of One Thousand Toenty -Three and lifty7 Nine /100 Dollars ( ,';,1023.59;
SECTION 4. That in addition to the amounts of money necessary
to be raised as aforesaid, the amount of money necessary'to be raised
by taxation upon the taxable lands (not including the improvements
thereon) to pay.the principal and interest which has.become, or
will become payable on the bondsof the hereinafter mentioned. Acquisi-
tion and Improvement Districtsin said City, before the proceeds of
another tax levy can be made available for the payment of said prin
Icipal and interest, is as follows respectively:

certify to the adoption of this ordinance and to cause the same to be
