AST ORDINANCE OF TIE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDIiuG ,ORDINANCE
INTO. 73 LICENSING VARIOUS BUSITESSES IRT SAID CITY.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 73.of said City be amended by
adding ,thereto a new section to be known as Section 13a and to
read as follows:
11 S.ECTI0N 13a. Every person who conducts the business of
opr.4ng a peat bed in the City of Lynwood from which peat is
sold .shall pay a license fee of X50.00 per year, payable semi -
annually in advance."
SECTIOTN 2'. The City Clerk is hereyy directed to certify to
the adoption of this ordinance and after its final passage and ap-
proval, to cause the same to be published once in the Lynwood
Tribune, a weekly newspaper published and circulated in said City
of Lynwood.
PASSED AHD ADOPTED THIS 6th day of October, 1931.
