AN ORDIN-LNCE OF THE C,I'TY _OF LYI IOOD RE- ;
LATINO TO INTOXICATION.
The City, Council of th'e `City of Lynwood do -ordain as. fol
lows:
SECTION.1'. That it is hereby.decla.red to be
unlawful for any
person•to�be or travel in.-or upon -any public street, .'alley 'or public
place in'said City, in a drunken or intoxicated condition.
SECTIOIT 2. That any person violating this ordinance shall'.
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof•shall•
be punishable by a fine not to exceed Three Hundred Dollars,
or by imprisonment in-the City Jail of Lynwood or' in the Los Angeles
County Jail, for a period not exceeding ninety (90), days, or by both
such .fine and imprisonment.

fendant pay ".the fine within a limited time, or in installments -pay-

SECTION 3'. That ordinance No.,17, 69 and 122, and all;tord-
inances or parts. of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION e. The Clerk of the - City of Lyrnraood is hereby di-
rected to, this ordinance to be "published once after its final
passage in the Lynwood Tribune, a weekly newspaper publisYied and•
circulated in said City, which is hereby designated for such pur-
pose.
